Skived High Density Tape made with Teflon – Silicone Adhesion

    Product Description
Kingzom Teflon tape are pressure sensitive tapes using a skived and tensilized PTFE film that is coated with high temperature silicone adhesive. The tensilized film provides higher tensile strength, lower elongation and higher dielectric strength than regular skived film.

    Structure

     Skived Teflon PTFE Tape

    Skived Teflon PTFE Tape

     Feature

    • Superior flame resistance.
    • Superior in mold-releasing and sliding property.
    • Non-adhesive side of the tape offers excellent characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene, such as electrical property, resistance to heat, weather, chemical, and water (water-shedding), low friction coefficient and non-adhesiveness.
    • Can smoothly adhere, wind, band and seal, just like regular adhesive tapes.

    Application

    • For heat-resistant masking.
    • For heat-sealing.
    • For heat-resistant electrical insulation
