The chip used is the QT113-G – luckily for us, Kip found one lurking around in one of the ECE labs. Unfortunately it seems that specific chip is now obsolete and no longer produced (QT113′s are still available, just without the -G at the end). We went ahead and ordered 10 QT113 chips to experiment around with – hopefully they’ll behave similarly to the one we used.
