A blue themed (Beth’s favourite colour) Anniversary card for Beth and Pete’s 1st Wedding Anniversary! which was yesterday I used the cool technique by Paula of adding Nuvo Shimmer Powders and Glitter Accents through a stencil, and I used the Peony from the hexagon layering set as my focal element
