SadoTech Doorbells – Setup Installation

SadoTech’s line of wireless doorbells provides users with two easy options for installation. Installation with double-sided tape or with screws and anchors.

When using the double-sided tape: Tear off the paper on one side of the tape and apply it to the rear cover of the outdoor unit. Then, clean the wall or door in which the doorbell is being installed and tear off the other side of the tape. Place it on the wall and press on it for 30 seconds, and you will be good to go. Even though the tape might be the easier of the two options, we recommend the screws and anchors for a more permanent hold.

When installing with screws: First you will have to remove the battery from the outdoor unit, then make a hole by drilling into the hole markers on the cover of the unit with a drill or any pointed object until it’s open. Next, use the holes markers you just made to mark the location of where you want to install it. With the marked holes, install the supplied anchor bolt. Now, you are ready to install the supplied screw into the expansion anchor bolt on the rear cover of the unit. Finish by installing the circuit board back on the unit and you’re all set. After that, just choose your favorite chimes and audio level with a simple press of the button.
