RF Shielding of Research Lab | Cuprotect® RF Shielded Room

RF Shielding by http://www.emfrf.com/shielding/ The task was to shield a university laboratory (Dresden, Germany) from outside RF emissions for research purposes. Cuprotect RF shielding material was applied to walls, ceiling, floors and doors and incoming video shows the application.

The Information Technology Department at the University of Dresden in germany needed a new laboratory to conduct their RF research. The task was to create a shielded lab room with RF attenuation a 80 dB. That means a field reduction from 100,000,000 to 1. Two layer of Cuprotect® radio frequency shielding material were installed on walls, ceiling, floor and all incoming power and data cables. The project was successfully completed by Cuprotect® with the assistance of the staff at EMF & RF Solutions in summer of 2014.
