Realtime LIVE Attic Temperatures with RadiantGUARD Radiant Barrier

Radiant barrier is a highly reflective reinforced aluminum insulation product that reflects radiant heat back in the direction of its source. When stapled to the underside of attic roof rafters, our Ultima-foil radiant barrier will BLOCK 97% of the heat that penetrates from the sun through the roof. This results in an overall cooler attic which means your home stays cooler and your air conditioner runs less often resulting in lower monthly electric bills.

This video shows realtime attic temperatures in an attic space in Frisco, Texas. With three separately installed thermal couplers, we are able to show the temperature above the radiant barrier right below the roof, the temperature of the attic space itself above fiberglass insulation on the attic floor, and on the attic floor underneath the fiberglass insulation.
