Paper Tole / 3D Decoupage – How to – Tips to preserve and protect

Paper Tole is Paper art form of creating 3 Dimensional structures and formations using paper. It involves repeatedly adding layers of similar prints of design and overlaying on top of each other. It’s a simple technique and can be attempted by kids and adults alike. Although, kids would need a little help with fussy cutting.

Paper Tole or 3D Deco involves Fussy Cutting , Embossing, Layering . You can used foam tape , Silicon or Air Drying Clay for sticking paper .
