It is Spring… “When is the right time to unplug my Heat-line system?”

For this month’s topic we thought we would continue the format of answering commonly asked questions from customers that have Heat-Line products.

With spring quickly approaching and warmer weather on its way the need for freeze protection is quickly replaced by the need for sunscreen. So, the question is, when is the right time to unplug my Heat-line system until it is needed again next winter?

Of course this changes year to year depending on the weather and how long into the spring the winter and cold overnight temperatures last. In the spring it is not uncommon for temperatures during the day to get well above freezing, but be cautious, as when the sun goes down, so too does the temperature.
