How To Iron On A Patch To Denim

This video shows how to properly attach iron-on patches to denim material. We use a product called Heat ‘N Bond Ultrahold on our patches, and have attached hundreds of patches with this method without any problem. Some materials will not work well with an iron-on backing (shiny materials, or delicate materials sensitive to high temperatures, etc…), so a glue such as Tear Mender can also be used with great success. While iron-on backing is very convenient, we still suggest sewing patches on for the strongest most durable way to attach your patches to your material.
