HST Materials Inc. is a fabricator and die cutter of foam tapes, sponge and dense rubber gasketing and double-coated tapes. We distribute molded rubber products, heat shrink tubing, fiberglass and expandable sleeving. We offer a variety of in-stock and special order items to the OEM market.

Prototyping
Ultra-fast prototyping is provided using our Atom Flashcut dieless knife cutting table. A large variety of dense and foam rubber, plastic and tape products are cut often same day using customer supplied DXF 2D CAD files.

Die & Dieless Cutting
HST Materials can provide die-cut parts from a variety of non-metallic materials using hydraulic, rotary, punch press, travelling head presses, flash cutting and knife cutting. We prefer your tooling part files to be emailed as a DXF file, but we can work from prints and even replicate from an existing part.

Slitting & Lamination
HST Materials can slit a wide range of foam tape and other materials to a specified width. We use multi knife rewind slitting, single-knife slitting and rotary gang knife slitting to accommodate a great number of materials and thicknesses. Special narrow widths as low as 0.093″ are available.

Extruded Rubber Gaskets
HST Materials provides the highest quality extruded rubber profiles in both sponge and dense rubber compounds through our partners Lauren Manufacturing and Clean Seal. Whether you can use a standard extruded profile or require a custom-designed gasket or seal, HST can facilitate your large or small requirement through our manufacturers, who have a combined 70 years in the polymer seal and gasket industry.

Molded Rubber
Custom molded rubber and plastic parts are produced in China with exceptional quality and competitive pricing. Silicone, EPDM, Neoprene, ECO, NBR, Buna and Viton are available in a full range of typical durometers. Single cavity prototype and multi-cavity production tooling will be produced to your CAD file. Samples will be provided along with first article inspection reports.
