The longest light bulb change video ever? Possibly. Way too much work.

Looking at the footage I ask myself – Could I have just pulled the spade connectors out of the hole at the front? Well before seeing behind, it felt like a lot of force would have been required and who knows what I might have broke. Having seen behind the panel the wires were taped up with duct tape. So more force probably would have released them but then the excess wiring may have dangled down for eternity. So even with hindsight I’m thinking it’s best I went to the effort of removing the panel.
